Does the ASI manufactured Rubella Test Kits test for both IgG and IgM antibodies?

YES. IgG antibodies (memory cells) are activated when exposed or immunized. IgM antibodies are the first responses to form and will decrease and leave the body eventually. IgM is found in active cases only aiding in determining if a positive result was from immunity or an active case.

The test cannot differentiate between IgG and IgM, see package insert for how to determine if the patient has recent or past infection.
